BV member of a consortium with Sachsen Wasser Gmbh and
Consulting Engineering Salzgitter (CES) Gmbh, has been awarded the Tulkarem Water Supply Project – Human Resource and Organisational Development Programme
in Palestine, through a competitive tender. The project, funded through
KfW Development Bank, will run for one year and involves a series of international and Palestinian experts in providing technical assistance to the
water supply departments of Tulkarem and Jenin municipalities.

:: February 2008:: Saafconsult has been contracted by Sachsen Wasser Gmbh of Leipzig, Germany, to provide a team leader for the KfW Development Bank financed “Rehabilitation of Urban Water Supply in the Sava River Basin” project in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The contract spans two years and includes technical assistance to billing and collection, design of a tariff structure, network maintenance, strengthening financial management and overall project coordination.
